ORDERS

• Business days are Monday through Friday
• All orders are processed within 1-2 business days and are shipped that day unless it is a back-ordered item, or it requires special packaging.
• All orders received after 12 noon will be processed the following business day.

SPECIAL ORDERS

• TMG sources Titanium from a few manufacturers and distributors. Special order, non stock items may be filled and shipped directly from these sources.
• Orders for specialty material or sizes that are not considered normal in-house stock will require full payment in advance and may not be cancelable or returnable.

TERMS OF PAYMENT

• All orders shall be paid fully in advance of processing or delivery.
• Customers on open account are bound to the terms set forth by TMG for their particular account.
• All accounts must be paid within Net 30.
• Past due accounts are subject to a 1.5% per month service charge if these terms are not met.

DEPOSITS

• Deposits on materials TMG will hold materials for a maximum of 30 days and customer will be notified via e-mail or paypal.
• At the end of 30 days materials will be returned to stock with a 10% restocking fee charged.

RETURNS

• We will accept material back for store credit only with a 30% retocking fee and the return shipping must be paid by the customer.
• The material credit will only be given if the material is returned in the same condition as when it was shipped.
• If you drill it, bend it, weld it, cut it or modify it in any way, we will NOT accept it back.

SHIPPING

• Most orders are Shipped within 24-48 hours.
• Ship days are Tuesday through Friday if you have a rush order on Monday please call it in otherwise it will be processed in our standard ship time. We always try to ship orders out asap and will continue to get them out as fast as possible.

All prices are in US Dollars and dimensions are in inches and pounds.
